I'm Amelia Harris, Founder and CEO of EZ Financial Solutions. For a long time, people looked at my past and assumed they already knew my future. Like many who have faced setbacks, I was counted out more times than I can remember—but I refused to let my past determine where my story would end. What began as a personal decision to create stability for my family quickly grew into a mission to help others do the same. As a mother, grandmother, and entrepreneur, I know exactly what it means to rebuild against the odds, and I use those experiences to fuel my commitment to your financial success.

Today, I help individuals, families, business owners, and aspiring tax professionals build stronger financial futures through tax preparation, credit education, and business development. My journey has been featured in Impact Magazine, and over the years, I have put millions of dollars back into the hands of taxpayers while mentoring entrepreneurs nationwide. I teach my clients that taxes are more than a once-a-year obligation—when used strategically, they are a powerful tool to build wealth, secure funding, and create long-term freedom. Tax preparation
We handle individual, 1099, and small business tax returns. Getting a refund? No upfront cost — our fee comes out of it. Owe taxes? Payment's due upfront. Need cash fast? Get up to $9,500 in advance, no credit check.
Credit Repair
PROMO PRICING — one-time flat fee. We dispute inaccurate items across all 3 bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion). Client must keep an active credit monitoring subscription (IdentityIQ or MyFreeScoreNow — links below).
Book keeping
Monthly virtual bookkeeping. Solo/freelancer up to ~50 transactions/mo. Small business up to ~150 transactions/mo. Includes reconciliation, expense categorization, and monthly report.
business structure
LLC formation guidance, EIN registration, operating agreement setup, business banking consultation. Final price based on state and complexity.
Funding
$50 consultation fee due at booking (non-refundable). Success fee: 10% of total amount funded. Business and personal funding options.
